Wow, this hotel was a delightful surprise! The rooms exceeded all expectations with a big bathroom, living room, and bedroom – a truly lovely surprise. The area could be a bit noisy with trams, buses, and people shouting, but the view and light from the more windows made up for it. The bar area might lack atmosphere, but the spaciousness more than compensates for it.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although basic, were a good size, very clean, and equipped with friendly air conditioning; however, the heavy, wooden chairs made a loud creaking noise on the hardwood floor. The service was pleasant and helpful overall, although there was an incident of ignoring the 'do not disturb' sign. The location, being next to the busy railway station square, may not be ideal for everyone, but it was perfect for my event. The dining options were limited for vegans, which affected the value for money. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel offered modern and clean facilities, making it a decent choice for a stay.
